The “Advanced Space Technologies in Robotics and Automation” (ASTRA) symposium is organized by the Automation and Robotics (A&R) section of the European Space Agency (ESA), usually every two years. The symposium brings together the European A&R community, but warmly welcomes international participation.  

Following the success of the last edition of the symposium, which was held in 2023, the next edition of ASTRA is planned for 07 - 09 October 2025. The event will be hosted at Scheltema, Leiden (The Netherlands).
