We are pleased to welcome you in Forte Village for the 4S Symposium and Exhibition from 4-8 May 2026!

The 4S Small Satellites Systems and Services is an international professional society made up of academic, industry and government organisations and institutions. Its Biennial Symposium is organised by ESA and CNES, in cooperation with DLR and the Utah State University, and brings together several players in the field of Small Satellites. The theme of this year's conference will be "Swarming the Skies, Soaring Beyond: from VLEO to Deep Space".

The exhibition is a vital part of the 4S Symposium and provides optimal networking and meeting opportunities. With over 50 booth spaces available and over 600 international delegates expected from all over the world, the 4S Exhibition is the perfect event to showcase your organisation and network with fellow industry experts. 

Exhibitor packages include one full conference registration, including attendance to all conference sessions, lunch and refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme, entry to the Pre-Conference Drinks Reception, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner, access to the conference mobile app, conference kit and conference proceedings. 

It is possible to purchase one additional ticket for an Exhibitor Stand personnel at a reduced fee of 500 EUR. 

Both the Exhibitor as well as the Additional Exhibitor Stand Personnel can be registered via the Exhibitor Portal, which will open on Thursday 3 July 2025.

Payment Policy

Upon making a booking an invoice will be received, payable within 14 days after receipt. If payment is not received within this payment term, the 4S Organising Committee will have the right to cancel the booth space.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com). 

Cancellations received:

  • on or before Friday 27 February 2026 are subject to a 50% penalty on the total booking fee. 
  • on or after Friday 27 February 2026 cancellations are non-refundable.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
