The 4S Exhibition will be held in 3 different areas at Forte Village:
This hall can accommodate up to 30 booths of 3x2 M2.
This hall can accommodate up to 10 booths of 3x2 M2.
The Plenary Hall will be split in two: the bigger area on the left (A) will host the conference, while the smaller area on the right (B) will accommodate up to 21 booths of 3x2 M2.
Call for Exhibitors and Registrations |
The Call for Exhibitors will open on Monday 14 July 2025.
The Registration for Exhibitors will open on Wednesday 1 October 2025.
Exhibitor Stand Assignments |
Space assignments will be made by 4S Organising Committee on a first come, first served basis, considering the preferences requested by the exhibitor via the exhibitor portal. The 4S Organising Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments for logistical reasons.
Exhibition Dates and Opening Hours |
All exhibitor stands must be manned and operational by 10:30 Monday morning. To avoid having to queue for registration the Monday morning and commence set-up straight away it is recommended that Exhibitors pre-register on Sunday, 3 May 2026. The exhibition hall is open for set-up from 14:00 on Sunday, 3 May, 2026. The conference is scheduled to end early afternoon on Friday, 8 May, 2026. Exhibitors can start to dismantle their exhibitor stand after the conference ends on Thursday between 18:00-20:00 or on Friday after the morning coffee break when attendees have left the exhibition hall to attend the final conference session until 13:00.
