Participants of the 4S Symposium 2026 have the opportunity to book hotel rooms at the Forte Village Resort with a special reduced rate. This exclusive offer allows attendees to enjoy comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting while attending the event. 

The rates for a 4* accommodation are:

• Double Room for Single Use        €214,50
• Double Room                                €346,50 

The rates for a 5* accommodation are:

• Double Room for Single Use        €291,50 
• Double Room                                €434,50 

The rates listed are per hotel room per night and include 10% VAT, as well as bed and buffet breakfast.

Please note that these rates do not include the tourist tax, which is collected separately at the time of your hotel check-in or check-out.

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night for a 4-star accommodation and €4.50 per person per night for a 5-star accommodation. Children under 12 years old are exempt from this tax.

Thank you for your hotel booking to the 4S Symposium! You will soon receive a confirmation e-mail including a summary of the accommodation you have booked. If you have selected the option to pay via bank transfer you will find an invoice attached to the confirmation e-mail. If you have already made a payment by credit card, you will find a receipt attached to the confirmation e-mail. 

Attention, if you are registering on behalf of someone else and need to register more than one person, please ensure you sign out of each registered account before registering the next person. If not signed out correctly, you will override the previous registration. With each registration you need to return to the initial sign-in page where you select the tab create new account before going on to the contact page where you register the details of the next person. You will know that you signed out correctly if the email address of the first person you registered doesn't appear in the bottom right corner of the webpage.
