Student Support
Students willing to support the event with several tasks during the week, can be eligible for a free registration.

Tasks may include (but are not limited to):
- supporting with the set-up of the meeting room and exhibition area on the Sunday before the symposium;
- supporting presenters with the upload of their presentations onto the presenter laptop in the meeting room;
- providing support during Q&A sessions.

- Send your motivation letter and CV via an online application form before 31 March 2024 at 23:59 CEST. Students will be notified mid April 2024.
