This workshop will be hosted in Torre Spagnola in Matera, Italy. Surrounded from the sour and suggestive "murgico" landscape, to the boundary between the Puglia and the Basilicata, "Torre Spagnola" (Spanish Tower) is one of the most representative farms of the same territory. The "Spanish Tower" is only to a few kilometres from Matera, the famous "City of the Stones," on a highland, inserted in a relaxing environment in each period of the year. 

Matera, in the south of Italy, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, European Capital of Culture in 2019 and one of the oldest city in the world.

The closest airport is Bari (http://www.aeroportidipuglia.it/homepagebari), with a large offer of national and international flights.
