Exhibition

The exhibition is the ideal opportunity to discuss and identify collaboration opportunities.  Exhibition requests shall be sent to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com). Deadline for exhibition applications is on 15 February 2019.

Opening Hours Exhibition
The exhibition will remain open during the first two days of the workshop. Please note that we expect to have a full conference audience in the exhibition area during the coffee breaks and poster sessions. Therefore, presence of the exhibitors during these periods is highly recommended.

Stand furniture
The maximum display area per exhibition stand is 6m2. Each exhibiting company will be provided with 1 table (180 cm wide), 2 chairs, and 1 poster panel. The poster panel has a dimension of 1.20m wide and 1.80m height. Exhibitors are requested to bring their own poster, as there are no printing facilities at ESTEC.

Set-up and Dismantling Times
Exhibitors are allowed to set up their stands as of from Tuesday 2 April, 08:00 hrs. The exhibitors will be provided with a floor plan and stand allocation, about three weeks before the start of the conference. The exhibit dismantling is scheduled for Thursday 4 April. Stands may be dismantlled after the afternoon coffee break.

Deliveries 
Exhibitors will receive a delivery label from the ESA Conference Bureau approximately 3 weeks before the start of the conference, which is to be attached on all your items that will be delivered to ESA-ESTEC. It is important to include all booth details on the form. Deliveries are not accepted before 24 March 2019. It is the exhibitors own responsibility to ship the materials in time and arrange for return shipment.

Registration 
All exhibitors shall have at least one company representative registered. The standard registration fee applies for all exhibitors.
