How to get to ETH

By Bus from Zürich ETH Zentrum and Central Station

The ETH Link – the fastest connection between the two ETH Zurich campuses and the Central Station. On Monday to Friday, the shuttlebus runs every 20 minutes between ETH Zentrum and ETH Hönggerberg.

Departure times from Hönggerberg and Zentrum: x.14, x.34 and x.54.

Between 7.54 a.m. and 6.34 p.m., the buses travel directly between the Zentrum and Hönggerberg sites. On the way, the buses stop at “Haldenegg”, very close to the IFW building and only 600 m from the main railway station.
To allow train passengers to make a rapid connection, the first departures for Hönggerberg (7.06, and during the semester 7.21 a.m.) leave from the “Bahnhofplatz/HB” stop in front of the Schweizerhof Hotel.
During the day, the buses travelling to the centre (first rounds 07.06 and 07.34, and during the semester 7.44 a.m.) continue via Haldenegg on to ETH Zentrum, “Unterführung Polyterrasse”.The last rounds of the day (6.14, 6.34 and 6.54 p.m., during the semester 6.44 p.m.) do not go via ETH Zentrum, but directly to Zurich main station.
