Registration
All authors should be registered to the workshop by 15 July 2019 in order to confirm their presentation. On-line registration is available here. 

Proceedings
The accepted presentations and / or full-length papers based on the presentation, as the author prefers, will be published on an ESA web site to be announced after the event. Instructions to authors for the preparation of papers are available here. The deadline to hand in your paper is 30 September 2019.

Poster Presenters
There are two dedicated poster sessions scheduled on Wednesday 4 September and on Thursday 5 September at 16:30 hrs. Presenters will be requested to be present at their poster at one of the poster sessions. Poster presenters should hang their poster in the morning of the day they are allocated to. They should remove them after the poster session.  Allocation of the poster presentations will be available on the programme.

Posters can have a maximum dimension of A0 (841 x 1189 mm) orientation portrait (not landscape). Material to mount the poster will be available at the registration desk.

Oral Presenters
All oral presenters are required to submit their biography by 15 July 2019 using a template available here.
