Technical Recommendations for Oral Presentations

Please note that the programme is being detailed, so keep an eye on the programme site.

Please consider the following points for your presentation:

• Please register on the conference website.
   
• Should you wish to bring any exposition model please inform the ESA Conference Bureau by sending an email to:   esaconferencebureau@atpi.com
   
• The speaking time is strictly limited to 15 minutes including 5 minutes Q&A and hand over to the next presenter.
   
• The file containing the slides should be sent to the organizing committee by email to esaconferencebureau@atpi.com before the 29th of May.
   
• The acceptable file formats are MS Word or PowerPoint and Adobe PDF. The projection screen has an aspect ratio of 16:9, so it is recommended to have the slides in this ratio.
   
• If you intend to show a movie, please provide the movie file as well (so not only embedded in the presentation).
   
• The slides will be made available after the event to the participants. Should you wish to prevent the distribution of some slides for confidentiality reasons, please submit a distribution version of your file prior to the event to the organizers. Otherwise the version as presented will be made available for distribution.
