The standard symposium registration fee is € 900 per person. The student registration fee is € 400 per person.

The registration fees includes:

• Access to the Symposium sessions
• Acces to the CubeSat Workshop
• Proceedings
• Catered lunches and coffee breaks
• Entrance to all social events
• Conference kit

A contribution to students’ travel costs may be available, depending on the contribution received from sponsors. Only students who do not receive full reimbursement of travel expenses from their institution are entitled to apply for this contribution.

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer. If you will select the option to pay via bank wire transfer, you must settle the payment within 14 days starting from the date of issue of the invoice. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. 

The option to pay by bank transfer will be offered until 29 April 2022. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. All fees have to be paid before the start of the event. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.

On site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations until 15 April 2022 will be refunded minus € 50 administrative costs  
• Cancellations after 15 April 2022 will not be refunded 

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
