Online Workshop Registration Fees

• Early Bird Registration Fee (until 6 April 2022):  €125,- excluding VAT
• Standard Registration Fee (from 6 April 2022):  €150,- excluding VAT
• ESA Employee Registration: complimentary
  

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected on the invoice is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.   

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 26 April 2022. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. In case the bank transfer has not yet been received at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay the registration fee by credit card. The extra payment will be refunded upon receipt of the bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received on or before April 9, 2022 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after April 10, 2022 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
