Accomodation
The participants are responsible to find their own hotel accommodation.
Please note that the city of Bonn is charging a tourist tax on accommodation of 5% ("Beherbergungssteuer"). If you are visiting Bonn for business purpose, the tax can be waived if you present to the hotel a written confirmation of your employer stating the days of your visit and that your visit to Bonn is necessary for business purpose. Note, a conference registration is not relevant for this purpose. The confirmation must come from your employer.
