Registration fee includes the admission to all technical sessions and exhibition, access to the abstracts and the conference proceedings, on-site lunches, daily bus shuttle between Noordwijk and ESTEC, welcome drink (Monday) and conference dinner (Wednesday). It also includes the visit of the ESA/ESTEC Laboratories and Space Facilities.

Tours
More details regarding the tours will be provided in due time. Tours will be organized on Friay 24th April during the morning.

Payment
You can pay by credit card and bank transfer. Please note that for credit card payments your card may be eligible for, or is enrolled in the 'Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode' authentication programs. After clicking the validate button, your card issuer may prompt you for your password before you complete your purchase. You will receive the registration invoice in your confirmation after registration. Payment by bank transfer is due within 2 weeks.

Rules for Access to ESTEC  

• Access to the ESTEC site is restricted to persons pre-registered using the online conference registration system, and presenting an original valid form of ID.  
• Access to ESTEC is only valid if you have also fully paid the conference fee.  
• Persons not pre-registered, or who have pre-registered but not paid will not be admitted to the ESTEC by ESTEC Site Security.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations received up until 20 March 2020 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.

• Cancellations received as of 20 March 2020 will not receive a refund

• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
