An abstract describing the proposed presentation or poster should be submitted through the online abstract submission (CLOSED). No Paper is required

The abstract shall indicate whether the presentation will be supported by demo of a software product. 

If a demo is foreseen, the author shall be responsible for providing the required hardware to run it and to check that it works with ESOC presentation infrastructure (beamer) the day before the planned date of the presentation. 

All hardware must be DGUV-V3 checked.

The abstracts shall contain the following information:

• Title
• Theme
• Name, affiliation and e-mail of author(s) (prime author or contact person first)
• Scope and content (maximum 500 words)
• Proposed for oral or poster presentation
• If to be supported by a hands-on demonstration of a related software product

The deadline for abstract submission is 30 June 2021 - 12 September 2021. 

Abstracts will be reviewed by the ESAW Review Board for selection. 

Authors will be notified of the Review Board decision by 01 August 2021 - 30 September 2021. 

The deadline for submission of final presentations is 22 September 2021 - 24 October 2021.

The presentation shall be submitted in MS PowerPoint and PDF via e-mail to the ESA Conference Bureau, together with a short biography of the presenter.

Abstracts and presentations will be available in the on-line proceedings for download until 6 months after the workshop. Submission of this material implies your permission to ESA for further distribution.
