Presentation guidelines
Presenters shall allocate 15 minutes for their presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion. They shall arrive in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and should inform the chairperson.
A PC will be available for your presentation. The presentation shall be submitted in MS PowerPoint and PDF via a dedicated upload link, together with a short biography of the presenter.
Abstracts and presentations will be available in the on-line proceedings for download until 6 months after the workshop. Submission of this material implies your permission to ESA for further distribution.
The deadline for submission of presentations and biography is 15th August 2021.

Demonstration guidelines
If a demonstration is foreseen, the author shall be responsible for providing the required hardware, which must be DGUV-V3 checked.

Poster guidelines
- Posters can have a maximum dimension of 100cm wide and 130cm tall.
- Push pins will be available at the registration desk.
- Please bring a printed poster. No printing facilities are available at ESOC.
- Authors are strongly encouraged to produce a single sheet rather than using multiple sheets of smaller-sized paper.
- Authors will be assigned a number corresponding to the associated board. Please refer to the corresponding Table displayed next to the registration desk.
- Posters will be on display during the entire workshop.
- Posters need to be removed at the end of the workshop. Any poster left will be removed by the organizers. The organization will not return any poster to the author.
