Location

Biarritz is situated in the south-west of France, less than 25 km from the Spanish border and along the Basque coast, in the middle of the Bay of Biscay.

How to get there

Access by plane
Biarritz has one international airport and there are two other airports less than 1H15 from Biarritz by car: Airport of Pau (France) at 1h15 and San Sebastian (Spain) at 30 minutes.

Biarritz-Pays Basque Airport is located 3 km from the center of the city, it connects directly Biarritz to 14 destinations.

The bus company Chronoplus operates shuttles between the airport and the city centre of Biarritz.

Access by train
Biarritz is 4 hours away from Paris Montparnasse train station.

You can reach the Casino Municipal from the train station by  Chronoplus within 25 minutes. 

Taxis are also available at the Train Station.

Acces by road
Biarritz is reachable by car with highways north-south and east-west from: Barcelone, Bilbao, Bordeaux, Madrid, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Paris, Pau and Toulouse.



The Venue

The symposium will take place at the Casino Municipal in Biarritz, located in the heart of the city, right on the beach. 
The art deco-style building, renovated by François Lombard in 1994, remain a splendid example of the city’s architectural heritage. 
It features gambling games by The Barrière Group as well as various restaurants and of course, one of the most important conference venues in Biarritz.
