Abstract Submission & Author Instructions

Abstract Submission is currently closed

The 1-page abstract shall clearly outline the Thematic Area and Topic of the paper and should be submitted within the deadline of 2 May 2018 (extended deadline), using the on-line form. 

All abstracts will be subjected to a “triple-blind review” by at least three members of the Technical Committee.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their paper by 18 June 2018 (extended deadline) and then receive instructions for the preparation of the final paper for the Conference proceedings.  

The Conference will be structured around Thematic Sessions according to the Programme defined by the technical Committee and will include presentations of selected papers, posters, invited keynotes, panel discussions and interactive DEMOs.

Abstracts must be submitted following the template available below for download:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors must follow the procedures below for abstract submission. Abstracts that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted, so please read the instructions before proceeding:

1)   Abstracts must be maximum 1 page, including all material: text, figures, tables and references.

2)   Abstracts must be submitted in the template provided on top. The format for abstracts is Microsoft Word 2010, single column format. Body text should be Arial, 10pt.

3)   The abstract title may be maximum 40 words.

Abstract submissions will be checked on a daily basis to ensure that authors are submitting their contributions accordingly as requested
