The EHDPC 2025 welcomes exhibitors to the conference. The exhibition area will be open during the week for all registered participants in the Sala de exposicion.
All coffee breaks will take place there for maximum exchange and visibility to the Data Handling & Data Processing community.

Payment Policy:

Upon making a booking an invoice will be received, payable within 14 days after receipt. If payment is not received within this payment term, the EDHPC Organising Committee will have the right to cancel the booth space.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before July 31, 2025 are subject to a 50% penalty on the total booking fee.
on or after Augustus 1, 2025 cancellations received are non-refundable.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
