Registration

All participants for the 2022 ESA Workshop on Aerospace EMC must register using the online registration system.

The registration fee includes:

  • full access to the online event
  • digital copy of the workshop proceedings

Please note that the deadline for registration is 19 May 2022.

The registration is handled by the ESA Conference Bureau.

  • Registration payments can be submitted by invoice or via online credit card payment.
  • In case you choose for payment by invoice, the ESA Conference Bureau will send you an invoice to the billing address (per email) as provided on the registration form after which you can take care of the payment by bank transfer.
  • Kindly note that the invoice payment option is only available until 8 May 2022. Payment conditions will be listed on the registration invoice.
  • In case you choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received up until 23 April 2022 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.
Exception: registrations made up until 1 March 2022 can be cancelled free of charge until 31 March 2022.

Cancellations received as of 24 April 2022 will not receive a refund. Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
