Sponsoring

Despite the recent change to a fully virtual, online event we are determined to promote our sponsors, boost their brand exposure, and connect with them throughout our virtual workshop. To achieve this, sponsors will have access to the following set of features:

Virtual Booth

• customisable colour scheme
• company description, logo and banner advertisement
• contact information (physical as well as social)
• upload of one promotional video (YouTube or Vimeo URL)
• upload of one brochure to be downloaded by participants
  (more material can be made accessible to booth visitors on request)
• linking company employees to the booth
• interaction with visitors via open text chat or scheduled appointments

Other Features

• dedicated sponsor presentation
  (20min time slot, integrated into the workshop program)
• one or more participant(s) included in sponsoring package
  (depending on the sponsoring amount)

Special Features for Sponsors (not available to exhibitors)

• permanent placement of the sponsor logo in the workshop lobby
• recurrent sponsor ads presented in workshop lobby
