Extended Abstracts
All submitted abstracts have been peer-reviewed and notifications have been sent to all authors to inform about the outcome of the peer-review.
Authors have access to the detailed results of the peer-review, including feedback of the review board, via the online submission portal.
Paper Submission
Paper submission is not yet available on the online submission portal.
Authors will be notified as soon as the portal is ready for paper submission.
Following the acceptance of extended abstracts, all Authors are asked to prepare the full paper to be submitted no later than Monday, 13 January 2025.
Your paper will then undergo a peer-review to ensure the expected quality of the content and compliance to the template.
To successfully submit your contribution, you are required to upload ALL of the following documents on the online submission portal:
1. Full Paper
- File format: A4 and PDF only!
- Page Limit: 4 - 6 pages
- The abstract contained within the paper shall be limited to 150 words.
- The paper must be written in English language and comply with the following template:
- Papers must be verified using IEEE PDF eXpress prior to submission
NOTE: The verification status will be checked during the submission upload and the paper will be rejected automatically if not properly verified.
2. Copyright Form
- File format: PDF only!
- Copyright form available for download here
- The form must be fully filled and signed
- The form supports digitally certified signatures. In case you are not able to sign the form digitally, please complete the form digitally, print it, sign it by hand and submit a scanned version of the signed document in PDF format.
3. Speaker Biography
- File format: PDF only!
- Biography must be provided for the presenting author only.
- Biography form available for download here
The deadline for the submission of ALL of the above documents is Monday, 13 January 2025.
No extensions will be granted.
Important Notes:
- Be prepared to implement potential modifications on request from the Review Board following the review process.
- Only submissions of full papers for which an extended abstract has already been submitted and accepted will be accepted.
- Only submissions via the online submission portal will be processed, i.e. submissions via email will not be accepted.
- All contributions will be checked against plagiarism.
IEEE Paper Verification:
'IEEE PDF eXpress' is an online tool provided by IEEE used to verify that the submitted PDF file is compliant with the PDF format required for publication in IEEE Xplore.
The tool can be accessed online via the website https://ieee-pdf-express.org/.
NOTE: The conference ID required to access and use the tool for our workshop will be provided shortly.
If you have used IEEE PDF eXpress before, you can use your existing account.
Use of AI-generated content:
We expect all Authors to follow the ‘Author Guideline for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text’ published by the IEEE. Non-compliance may lead to rejection of the paper and removal of the contribution from the workshop programme.
