Registration

All participants of the 2025 ESA Workshop on Aerospace EMC must register using the online registration system:

The registration fee for regular participants includes:

  • Attendance and access to all sessions
  • All catered lunches and coffee breaks
  • Workshop kit with programme, proceedings and abstracts book
  • Welcome Reception
  • Workshop Gala Dinner
  • Cultural Tour

Please note that:

  • Presenters of papers in oral and poster sessions are required to be physically present at the workshop in Seville.
  • Registration will be closed 10 days prior to the event on 1 May 2025.
  • We cannot guarantee any registrations for on-site participation after 1 May 2025.
  • We will not accept registration on-site at the workshop.
  • Students are required to register with their corporate e-mail address. If this is not possible, students are requested to send a proof of student status to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com) within 5 days of registering.

The registration is handled by the ESA Conference Bureau.

  • Registration payments can be submitted by invoice or via online credit card payment.
  • In case you choose for payment by invoice, the ESA Conference Bureau will send you an invoice to the billing address (per email) as provided on the registration form after which you can take care of the payment by bank transfer. Kindly note that the invoice payment option is only available until 27 April 2025. Payment conditions will be listed on the registration invoice.
  • In case you choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Social programme

The welcome reception is included for all registered participants (regular and students). The cultural tour and gala dinner are included in the regular registration only, but separate tickets can be added for companions or students during the registration process.

Please note, that the cultural tour will most likely not be entirely barrier-free.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received up until 12 April 2025 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.

Cancellations received as of 13 April 2025 will not receive a refund. Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
