Registration

Registration can be completed via the online registration system.

Registration is required for all participants attending the Electronic Materials and Packaging in Space Symposium.

Registration Fee

Early Bird Registration Please note that the early registration fee option expires on the 31st of July 2023 and includes the below: Attendance and access to all Symposium sessions Attendance and access to the ESA Training Course on PCB and Electronic Assembly All coffee breaks Welcome reception Social dinner (1 ticket inclusive)	€250

ESA Staff Registration Please note: The ESA Staff Registration is free of charge and includes the below: Attendance and access to all Symposium sessions Attendance and access to the ESA Training Course on PCB and Electronic Assembly All coffee breaks Welcome reception Note: Does not include the social dinner. This can be selected separately when you register.	€0
Training Course Ticket This option is for registrants who would only like to attend the Training Course on PCB and Electronic Assembly on the 20th November 2023 and not the Symposium itself.	€50
Social Dinner Ticket This option is for registrants who are not attending the full symposium and would like to purchase the training and the Social Dinner separately.	€70

Payment Methods

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 6 November 2023. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

Cancellations received on or before October 22 2023, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.
Cancellations on or after October 23 2023, will not receive a refund.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
