Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) discipline is essential to ensure a highly reliable, robust and safe service of all types of space missions. The 1st ESA RAMS conference will provide the occasion for discussing and sharing key aspects of RAMS discipline having the high level objective to identify needs and issues existing in the body of knowledge. The ESA conference will provide a unique forum for information exchange, technical discussions, definition of future directions and potential R&D area and networking opportunities.
The conference addresses participants from Space Industry, Academia and Agency but also Non-Space players are welcomed to attend and share with us their experience in RAMS when applied in their domain with the purpose of learning from each other. The ESA conference is planned as in-person, with presentations (no papers), posters and hands-on demonstrations (e.g. tools). The presentations will be selected based on an abstract submission (no more than 400 words).
Note: Depending on the COVID-19 situation, a virtual/hybrid event may be considered.
