ESA-ESOC has requested that all attendees, interested in attending the GENESIS Science Workshop onsite, confirm their nationality, as a clearance check will need to be run with German authorities prior to coming onsite. Kindly note that when coming onsite you will have to present a copy of your ID card (for EU citizens) or passport (for other citizens).

ESOC Visitor Parking

Will you make use of the visitor parking lot?

Parking will be possible at the visitor's parking lot located opposite the ESOC Main Gate on the other side of the street. We will need to notify ESOC in advance of those that wish to make use of it. Therefore please confirm whether you intend to make use of the visitor's parking lot.

Work Group Sessions

Afternoon Working Group Session - 1st Preference

There will be working group sessions in the afternoon of which you will only be able to attend one. Therefore you are requested to indicate your first and second preference. Of course we will always try to allocate you to your preferred workshop, but this may not always be possible. In case your first preference has reached capacity, you will automatically be considered for your second preference.
