By giving consent the registrant is agreeing to have their personal data (first name / last name / affiliation / country / email address) shared with the ESA Organising Committee for logistical purposes only, and to the third party of the online platform EventsInsight for logistical purposes only.

Your data will be permanently removed from the EventsInsight servers no later than 3 months after the event, and from the ESA Organising Committee's servers no later than 2 years after the event. If you chose to have your data removed before this deadline, please contact the ESA Conference Bureau by email. Please be aware that this will also mean you are excluded from all communications for the event.

Please note that if you do not give consent, we can't process your registration as we will not have the proper clearance to make logistical arrangements for the event.
