Registration: Step 1

This is the first step to register to attend the Industry Space Days 2024, held on 18-19 September 2024, at ESA-ESTEC in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. Attendance is limited to entities from ESA Member States, Associate States and Cooperating States unless you have received an invitation to register. Registrations from private individuals or students are not accepted.

It is possible to register as a visitor.

  • Access to the venue and exhibition.
  • B2B platform to schedule 1-on-1 meetings in an efficient and time-saving manner.
  • Keynotes and panel discussions with contributions by ESA, industry, investors and institutional partners.
  • Lunch on both days and the welcome reception in the evening of the first day.
  • Shuttle service to Noordwijk and Katwijk on both days, and to Schiphol on the last day.
  • Taxi booking service and airport shuttle on the last day.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Booth of 3x2 meters (6 m2).
  • Shell scheme walls 100 x 250 cm (W x H) in white colour.
  • Aluminium fascia of 10 cm high.
  • Flag board with number, made of forex 3mm with Avery colour blue and (single side) name white colour.  
  • 1 x Panel of 100 x 30 cm in uni orange colour with white letters.
  • 1 x System counter of 101 x 41 x 106 cm (L x W x H), with lockable sliding doors.
  • 1 x Table of 70 x 70 cm in white/aluminium colour.
  • 4 x Chairs in white/black colour.
  • 2 x Spotlights on rail LED of 10,5 W.
  • 2 x Wall sockets (3 outlets) up to 3 KW.
  • 1 x Registration of main onsite contact for your Exhibition stand

 

Registration is free for ESA staff, trainees and interns, however excludes lunch on both days. 

Kindly be advised that all requests to attend the ISD 2024 will be assessed by ESA. You can expect to receive a response within 5 working days of registering. If approved you will be provided with instructions by email on how to complete your registration and payment in step 2.
