The first step is to select how wish to participate at the Industry Space Days 2026, held on 16-17 September 2026, at ESA ESTEC in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.

Attendance is limited to organisations from ESA Member States, Associate States and Cooperating States unless you have received an invitation to register. Registrations from private individuals or students are not accepted.

 ISD Visitor: EUR 55 (excl. VAT)  ISD Exhibitor: EUR 900 (excl. VAT)
  • Access to the venue and exhibition.
  • B2B platform to schedule 1-on-1 meetings.
  • Keynotes and panel discussions with contributions by ESA, industry, investors and institutional partners.
  • Lunch on both days and welcome reception in the evening on day one.
  • Shuttle buses to and from Noordwijk, Katwijk and Leiden on both days, and to Amsterdam airport on the last day.

Booth of 3x2 meters (6 m²)

  • Shell scheme walls in white colour
  • Fascia with panel board with name and flag board with number
  • Front desk counter with lockable sliding doors
  • Table in white/aluminium colour and 4 chairs in white/black colour
  • LED spotlights and wall sockets

All requests to attend will be assessed by ESA. You can expect a response within 5 working day. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete your registration and payment.
