If you did not yet created an account for the ScyLight Conference 2026, please use the option "Create a new user account".

Please follow all the steps related to the registration via this website. It is not possible to register multiple persons at one time, for each person a separate registration is required. If you would like to register multiple persons, please complete the first registration, officially logout at the end of completing the first registration and create a new account for the second, third, and so on other registrations.

Associated Events

Technical Visits to ESA and IAC facilities takes place on the Izana plateau on Monday 1 June 2026 between 10:00 - 16:00 hours.

The ESA Workshop takes place at the Hard Rock Hotel on Monday 1 June between 14:30 - 18:00 hours.

The Business of Light: Scaling up Optical Ground Stations deployment and operation.
This is an ESA Technical Workshop on operational and commercial realities of optical satcom systems. Registration required.

Quantum Information Networks Final Presentation

Quantum Information Networks Final Presentation takes place at the Hard Rock Hotel on Monday 1 June between 09:00 - 13:00 hours. 

The Strategic Programme Line on Optical and Quantum Communication – ScyLight has conducted a number of studies on the Subject of Quantum Information Networks. The completed studies will present their work and discuss their results.
Free of charge – for ESA Member States only – registration required.

Training on Quantum information technologies for space

Training on Quantum information technologies for space takes place at the Hard Rock Hotel on Monday 1 June between 09:00 - 17:00 hours. 

Full day training on QT for space organised by qtlabs Austria. This event targets a wide audience, aiming to provide understanding and a good foundation of this emerging field to participants. No prior knowledge needed.
Not covered by conference fee, direct registration with training provider required. We will connect you directly to them.

Attendance to the Annual Conference is limited to entities located in ESA Member States, Associate States and Cooperating States. The organizers will prioritize applications from these states.
However, should be interested in participating representing an entity from outside ESA Member States, you are welcome to apply for this via e-mail to ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com.
