The ESA Mechanisms Section hosts its annual Space Mechanisms Final Presentation Day(s) to disseminate the results of research and development activities to interested parties from the ESA member states.
The Space Mechanisms Final Presentation Day(s) represent an opportunity to gain a complete overview of recently completed activities, and the possibility to discuss and share views on R&D directions, strategies, technologies and investments with colleagues from the space mechanisms community.
The Space Mechanisms Final Presentation Day(s) is an opportunity for (virtual) attendees to increase their professional network and to stay informed of the latest mechanism technologies developments.
In order to reach as many people as possible, the 2023 Final Presentation Day will again take place as an online (only) event based on WebEx Pro platform. In addition to the presentations themselves, the online platform will offer possibilities to perform networking with peers from the community.
Please note that due to the nature of the information that will be shared, this on-line event can only be attended by participants from entities registered in an ESA Member State, Associate State or Cooperating State. ESA Member states (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom), associated states (Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia) or cooperating states (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Malta).

PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS
The presenters of the Space Mechanisms Final Presentation Day are asked to take the following points into consideration:
- All oral presenters are asked to prepare a presentation and have it available for sharing on the day. A PDF shall be delivered by e-mail, to joseph.smith@esa.int, no later than 10 April 2022. This PDF file will be used as back-up.
- The presentation duration shall be 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes questions from the participants. In order to prevent potential problems due to connection issues during the event you may also consider pre-record your presentation. This video shall be delivered no later than 10 April 2022 by e-mail or other means to joseph.smith@esa.int. Please include your name and the presentation title in the video filename.

Participation in the Final Presentation Day is free of charge. However, please note that registration is required to gain access to Webex.
