Registration to the KUBIK Symposium is free of charge.
The standard conference registration fee includes:
- Access to the symposium
- Lunch and refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
- Conference kit
There will be a social dinner organised for which a ticket can be purchased at 50 EUR, excluding VAT
Note: tickets for companions to the social dinner may be purchased at a surcharge.
| Payment Method |
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card (VISA / Mastercard), you will be redirected to a secure payment site.
Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Wednesday, 2 April 2025. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.
| Cancellation Policy |
All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
Cancellations received:
- on or before March 15 2025, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
- on or after March 16 2025, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.
