VAT

Above mentioned registration fees are excluding VAT of 21%. Companies located in The Netherlands and individuals will be charged a VAT of 21% will be applicable and will be added during registration. 

The official registration fee including VAT is €121

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer. The option to pay by bank transfer is the preferred one. It will be offered until 12th September 2023. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable. On site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa & Mastercard are accepted).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations received up until 2th of September 2023 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of 3th of September 2023 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
