Welcome Aperitif

Sunday 19th May 2024 (19:00 - 22:00pm)
Held at the Conference Centre of the Swiss Space Museum after registration.

Registration will start from 16:00pm.

Ranges Night

Symposium participants are kindly invited to a “ Ranges Night” on Monday 20th May 2024 after the end of the session.

Located in the Conference Center foyer. If weather permits, the terrace with view on the lake will be open for participants. 

This event, offered by Esrange, Andøya Space Center, DLR MORABA, CNES and HSLU will offer participants the possibility to share life experiences with the organizers

*These events are covered by the registration fee.

Excursions

An excursion will be organized Wednesday 22nd May 2024 in the Afternoon.

Participants will make their selection from one of the excursions, subject to availability, during registration through the ESA's website.
Please note: all excursions are on a first come first serve basis.

Symposium Dinner

The Symposium Dinner will be served on Thursday 23rd May 2024. 

Dress code: Jacket and Tie

During the symposium dinner, the award ceremony for the best poster will be held.

 More specific information regarding social events and excursions will be provided later-on.
