Abstract Submission Information
Contributions from industries, research institutes, universities and other organizations are solicited.
Papers will be selected on the basis of one-page abstracts. Abstracts should contain the following information:
- Title of paper
- Authors full name and affiliations
- Name, address, e-mail, telephone of the main author
- Proposed topic for the paper (as identified in this call)
- Summary of the paper
Abstracts should outline the major contributions and novelty of the papers. The deadline for abstract submission is July 31 2025.
Authors will be notified of the decision of the programme committee by the 15 of August 2025.
For accepted abstracts, authors will receive instructions for the preparation of their full-length paper. The deadline for final paper submission is the 24 of September 2025.
The proceedings will be distributed during the Workshop in digital format.
Presenter Guidelines
Oral Presentations
- A strict time slot of 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions will be allocated to each presenter.
- The accepted file formats of the presentations are MS PowerPoint or PDF.
- The working language of the workshop will be English.
- Note that the workshop will take place in a large meeting room. Therefore, the presentations should contain clear information with appropriate font size that is legible also from the back of the meeting room.
- A PC will be available for the presentations.
- Handouts of your presentation are not provided by the ESA Conference Bureau.
- It is required that you bring the presentation with you on a USB Memory Stick.
- Presenters are requested to upload their presentations before the first session in the morning or in the break before their session at the latest to test the presentation.
- You are kindly requested to provide your biography using the template available below.
Poster Presentations
- Posters has to be in A0 format, with size 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm.
- Posters should be mounted by the presenter in the morning of their session and removed before the end of the day.
- Materials to hang your poster will be available at the registration desk.
- It is your own responsibility to remove your poster at the end of the workshop. Any poster remaining will be removed and disposed of.
