REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

The 6th ESA CubeSat Industry Days registration fees are as follows:

Standard registration

• The standard registration fee includes:
• Access to technical sessions
• Catered lunches and coffee breaks
• Welcome reception

The registration fee does not include the 10-year anniversary dinner. A ticket to the 10-year anniversary dinner can be purchased during the registration process at an additional fee of € 80.00.

All fees are exclusive of 21% VAT. Depending on the location of your affiliation VAT might apply.

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.

The option to pay by bank transfer is the preferred one. It will be offered until 29 August 2023. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.

On site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard are accepted).

Cancellation policy 

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com) 

• Cancellations received up until 12 August 2023, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of 13 August 2023 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference

The registration will be closed on the 1st of September 2023 EOB.
