Notification to Authors
Each submitted abstract will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Committee. Acceptance of papers will be based on appropriateness of the topic, quality, novelty and clarity of exposition. Notification of acceptance as oral presentation or poster will be provided to authors on 1 February 2019.
Authors will be invited to prepare a final proceedings paper addressing the comments of the reviewers.

Final Paper Submission
Authors have to deliver their full papers by 28 February 2019 as electronic ‘PDF’ file, by uploading the paper in the account of the online submission portal, as created by the abstract submittor. The full paper upload function will be activated for all accepted presentations, after the abstract submission closure / author notification date. With the submission of a Final Paper, authors are effectively granting copyright to the conference organisers for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Author Registration
Authors are invited to register on the conference website (see the registration section) before 28 February 2019. Please note that the organisers will check that for every paper at least one author has registered for the workshop before the paper is included in the programme and proceedings.

Publications
Final accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. These Proceedings will be distributed electronically to all the workshop participants.

Presentation guidelines
The presenters guidelines for both oral and poster presentations can be found here. Presenters are kindly requested to complete and upload their short CV in the account of the online submission portal as created by the abstract submittor no later than 15 March 2019. The CV upload function will be activated for all accepted oral presentations, after the abstract submission closure / author notification date. A CV template is available under 'Downloads'.
