Full Conference Registrations
The full registration fee includes:

• Attendance and access to all sessions  
• All catered coffee breaks  
• Workshop kit   
• Welcome Reception on Tuesday 
• Dinner on Thursday

ESA staff/onsite contractors Registrations
Registration fee is for free. Dinner tickets can be purchased for € 75,- per person.  

Payment Types
The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.

The option to pay by bank transfer is the preferred one. It will be offered until 10 September 2019. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations received up until 24 August 2019 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of  25 August 2019 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
