Student Forum
This year the RHEA Group is sponsoring a new dimension to the SECESA event, the ‘Students Forum’. This forum will enable students who would normally contribute illustrated papers during the poster session, to present their paper/talk via a dedicated channel broadcasting during the event coffee and lunch breaks, on Wednesday 30 September and Thursday 1 October.
The Students Forum will complement the main conference stream and provide the audience with the opportunity to discover new and fresh ideas proposed by academia.
The benefit of a Student Forum is to:
- give students the opportunity to get more involved in the conference and to promote their works to the SECESA community
- allow students to obtain visibility amongst agencies, industry and other organisations
- Create awareness of concurrent design activities taking place in universities and the educational value of concurrent engineering
- Attract more students into concurrent design activities
- Support ESA’s mandate to inspire young generations to work in the space sector
- Demonstrate RHEA’s interest and support in attracting students into concurrent design
RHEA Group is main sponsor for this initiative.
