Students willing to support the conference with several tasks during the week, can be elligble for a free registration.

Tasks may include (but are not limited to):
- supporting the preparations of the set-up on the Sunday before the conference
- supporting the presenters with uploading presentations onto the laptop in the meeting room
- providing support with the microphones during Q&A sessions

Applications (motivation and CV) can be sent to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com) before 15 February 2022 and the students will be notified mid March 2022.
