The registration for the 9th Wideband Gap Semiconductors and Components Workshop is open. Attendance is restricted to ESA member states only.
Please keep in mind that we only have 100 places for registration. In order to secure your participation please register as soon as possible. 

The registration fee for the conference is € 300,- excl. VAT*
* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU.

The registration fee for regular participants includes:

• Access to all sessions
• Refreshments during coffee breaks
• All catered lunches
• Workshop kit including programme, proceedings and abstracts book
• Social Dinner

The registration is handled by the ESA Conference Bureau

• Last date to register online is Friday 5 October 2018.
• Registrations after Friday 5 October 2018 must be done onsite at the workshop reception desk.
• Registration payments can be submitted by invoice or via online credit card payment. 
• In case you choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Cancellation policy 
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

• Cancellations received up until 8 September, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of  8 September will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
