Oral Presentations

• Presenters should allocate 15 minutes per presentation (according to the schedule), allowing some time for questions and discussion. Care will be taken by session chairs that this time allocation is respected.
• A PC will be available for your presentation. The PC will run Windows 7 and can run videos and read PDF and PPSX files. 
• Your presentation should be uploaded at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Please upload your presentation on the PC, using a USB memory key. Support will be available during the conference.
• Presenters should arrive in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and should inform the chairperson.
