1.        All presenters are asked to prepare a 20 minutes recording of their presentation, in landscape mode and in .mp4 format. This video shall be delivered no later than 22 February 2021 by e-mail to esaconferencebureau@atpi.com. Please include your name in the video file name.

2.       All  presenters are asked to prepare a presentation in PDF to be delivered by e-mail, to esaconferencebureau@atpi.com, no later than 22 February 2021. This PDF file will be used as back-up and will be shared with the participants after the event.  

3.        All oral presenters are asked to register by 22 February 2021. You can access the registration form here.

A Dry-Run is planned with all the presenters on the 17th of February from 10:00- 11:00 or 18th of February from 14:00-15:00 (CET) . Please make sure that you are available in one of these time slots. Thank you for your collaboration.
