By accepting the terms and conditions at the registration page, the registrant is agreeing to have their personal data (first name / last name /  affiliation / country / email address) shared in a list of participants to be distributed after the workshop. This participants list will be shared with the workshop attendees and the ESA organising committee. There may be a photographer onsite. If you do not want your photograph to be taken, please inform the photographer. In case pictures are taken, they might be distributed with the workshop proceedings, after the event.

In case you do not wish your data (pictures and/or personal data as described above) to be shared with others, please inform the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Payment policy
If you have selected the option to pay via bank wire transfer, you must settle the payment within 14 days starting from the date of issue of the invoice. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
Cancellations received up until 15 February, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of  15 February will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
