The registration fees for the ASTRA Symposium are as follows: 

Early Standard registration (before 14 April 2019)	€ 300,- excl. VAT *
Late Standard registration (after 14 April 2019)	€ 350,- excl. VAT *
Early Student registration (before 14 April 2019)	€ 175,- excl. VAT*
Late Student registration (after 14 April 2019)	€ 200,- excl. VAT*

The registration fee includes access to all the sessions, coffee, lunch and farewell drink. Student registrations require the upload of a valid student ID card in the registration process.

Attendance to the Social Dinner which will be held on Monday 27 May can be booked at an additional charge of  € 50,-.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations received up until 29 April 2019 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of  30 April 2019 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference

* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU.
