* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU. 

The registration fee includes access to the presentations, the conference bag, the abstract USB, the Symposium Proceedings, lunch vouchers, a cocktail party, the Symposium dinner (for regular registrations only), refreshments, and dedicated conference transportation to and from various hotels in Noordwijk - offered by the ESTEC Travel Office.

Session chairmen and authors are NOT exempt from registration fees.
