The registration fees for the FAR-Conference are as follows:

Early standard registration (before 19 August 2019)	€ 500,- excl. VAT*
Late standard registration (after 19 August 2019)	€ 600,- excl. VAT*
Student registration	€ 250,- excl. VAT*

The standard registration fee includes access to the sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome cocktail and conference dinner.

Round Table Sessions Registration
If you are going to attend the Round Table Meetings and wish to register for the remainder of the conference days, or do you want your spouse to accompany you to the conference, please contact the conference bureau via esaconferencebureau@atpi.com

Payment can be made by either credit card or invoice.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations received up until 2 September 2019 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of  3 September 2019 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
