Hotel bookings will be dealt with by the ESTEC Travel Office.

In order to book your hotel, please advise a valid credit card number with expiry date and send your request to estec.traveloffice@atpi.com 
Your card will be used to guarantee the room and a booking fee of EUR 13 will be charged exclusive of 21% VAT (total amount EUR 15,73).

Please note that the fee is charged per reservation. If you book two different hotels or one hotel for 2 different dates the fee will be charged twice.
You will pay directly at the hotel upon check out.

If you require a specific company address on our invoice do let us know at the time of booking.
Once the invoice has been processed we are not able to change it for you.

Your booking is confirmed once you have received both the confirmation and the invoice by email.
