* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU.
Note: ESA personnel is required to register and pay for this meeting.

Payment options
Registration fees should be paid either by credit-card (secure on-line payment) or by bank transfer within 14 days after submitting your registration. The option to pay by bank transfer will be offered until 2 weeks before the conference starts. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
- Cancellations received up until 18 May, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
- Cancellations received as of 18 May will not receive a refund
- Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference

¹ To qualify for the student fee a document of eligibility will be needed:
- a copy of your student ID
or
- a letter of recommendation, to be provided by your professor
