The registration fee for regular participants includes:
- Attendance and access to all sessions
- All catered lunches and coffee breaks
- Workshop kit
- Workshop Conference Dinner
The registration is handled by the ESA Conference Bureau.
- Registration payments can be submitted by invoice or via online credit card payment.
- In case you choose for payment by invoice, the ESA Conference Bureau will send you an invoice to the billing address (per email) as provided on the registration form after which you can take care of the payment by bank transfer. Kindly note that the invoice payment option is only available until 17 September 2019. Payment conditions will be listed on the registration invoice.
- In case you choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)
- Cancellations received up until the 1st of September 2019 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
- Cancellations received as of the 1st of September 2019 will not receive a refund
- Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
